Cookie notice.
Last updated September 10, 2026.
What this website stores, which optional tools are active, and how to change your choices.
Cookie preferencesThe short version.
Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are available only after the relevant consent. LinkedIn and Meta tracking are not active.
You can browse, use the service directory, read articles, and submit an inquiry without optional tracking. Cookie Preferences is available in the footer of every public page. It opens the same controls wherever you are on the site.
Cookies and browser storage.
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with applicable requests. Local storage and session storage can remember settings without operating in exactly the same way as cookies. Our controls cover optional tracking technologies, not just items technically called cookies.
Our hosting provider may use operational information for delivery and security. The site itself uses these presentation and privacy settings:
- Privacy choice:
caliber-privacy-choicein local storage records the selected categories, time, and configuration version. A valid choice is honored for up to 180 days. An expired value may remain until replaced or cleared, but cannot authorize tracking. - Temporary privacy block:
caliber-privacy-session-blockmay be used in session storage when you reject active tracking but your browser cannot save a permanent choice. This block prevents tracking in that tab’s session; clearing site data is recommended if persistent storage remains unavailable. - Presentation preferences:
caliber-home-intro-seenand session-storage values beginning withcaliber-motion-support the introduction, page transitions, and motion preference. They are not sent as analytics identifiers.
These controls do not require or collect consent for advertising that is not active.
Analytics.
Google Analytics is available only after you permit Analytics in Cookie Preferences.
When enabled and permitted, Google Analytics can set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. The prepared integration sets a 180-day expiration without extending it on each visit. Browser limits may shorten that period. Google’s record-retention settings are separate from cookie expiration.
The integration supports page views, phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, and accepted contact or newsletter submissions. Custom events do not include the contents of those forms, email addresses, phone numbers, or messages. A link click is not confirmation of a completed call or email.
Advertising measurement.
Google Ads measurement is available only after you permit Advertising in Cookie Preferences.
When enabled and permitted, Google Ads may use cookies such as _gcl_* to attribute advertising results. Names and lifetimes depend on the service and interaction. See Google’s cookie information.
The prepared integration does not enable personalized advertising, remarketing audiences through site-side Google signals, enhanced conversions using customer data, call recording, or Google forwarding-number replacement. A form conversion is sent only for a configured destination after the form service accepts a submission. Clicking Send or visiting a thank-you page directly is not enough.
LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel are not installed or activated. Adding them requires a review of purposes, provider disclosures, consent behavior, and a fresh choice. Accepting optional tracking now does not grant permission for those future tools.
How the controls work.
When an optional category is available, choose Accept optional, Reject optional, or Customize. Analytics and Advertising are separate choices. Unavailable categories stay disabled, including when someone accepts all available optional categories. Continuing to browse or closing the panel does not provide consent.
Optional Google code is blocked until its category is permitted. Our implementation uses a consent-first loading approach, rather than intentionally sending Google measurement pings before a choice. Advertising personalization remains denied even if advertising measurement is permitted.
Preferences are specific to this browser and device. We ask again after expiry, a relevant notice-version change, or a change to the enabled destinations or purposes. A choice made while tools are inactive does not activate them later. If browser storage prevents saving permission, new optional tracking is not enabled.
Local previews and unapproved hostnames do not load optional tracking, even when production IDs are configured. Without JavaScript, optional tags do not load; the cookie notice remains readable, although the interactive preference panel is unavailable.
Changing your mind.
Use Cookie Preferences to withdraw or change a choice. Changing an active permission refreshes the page to stop previously loaded tools. Save any unfinished form before changing it.
We attempt to clear recognizable, accessible first-party Google cookies for categories you turn off. The site cannot remove third-party cookies on another provider’s domain, inaccessible cookies, or information already collected. You can also use browser settings to clear site data. If neither permanent nor temporary preference storage works, the panel explains that a change could not be saved and directs you to browser controls.
An active Global Privacy Control signal keeps Advertising off, including when you accept other optional tools. Analytics still requires its own affirmative choice. Our website does not use the older Do Not Track setting as a substitute for cookie preferences.
