Information Caliber collects.
What you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, website, the services you select, and the context you provide. The newsletter form collects an email address only. Netlify records standard technical information with each request, including IP address, browser, and device. No analytics tool is running on this site, so no browsing behaviour is tracked across pages.
How information may be used.
Responding to inquiries; evaluating potential engagements; providing requested services; operating and improving the website; measuring website performance; protecting the site and preventing abuse; complying with legal obligations; and sending marketing communications only where appropriate and permitted.
Service providers.
The website is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores submissions from the contact and newsletter forms and sends notification email about them. Netlify is currently the only third party that receives information from this site. If analytics, CRM, email, or scheduling providers are added later, they will be named here before they go live.
Cookies and analytics.
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or other third-party scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain, so browsing the site makes no request to any outside service. If that changes, this section and the disclosure above will be updated first.
Data sharing and retention.
Information submitted through the forms is used to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or shared for advertising. Form submissions are retained in Netlify and in email. If you would like your submission deleted, write to the address below and it will be removed from both.
Security.
Caliber applies reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Updates.
