Who this notice covers.

Caliber LLC is a Kansas City metro-based marketing and growth firm serving organizations nationally. This notice describes information handled through our public website and related inquiries. Client engagements, employment, and other relationships may be subject to additional notices or agreements.

Information you provide.

Our contact form collects your name, work email address, company, and a description of what you would like to accomplish. Optional fields include your website, service interests, timing, and additional context. Our newsletter form collects an email address. Correspondence may contain other information you choose to share.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification, medical information, trade secrets, or other sensitive information through website forms. Contact us first to agree on an appropriate channel for confidential materials. An inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement or a client engagement.

Website and browser information.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser and device information, and diagnostic records to deliver and protect the website. These operational records are separate from optional analytics and advertising.

The website uses browser storage to remember privacy choices and temporary presentation settings, including the introductory animation, page transitions, and motion preference. These settings are not advertising identifiers. Our cookie notice explains storage and controls in more detail.

Analytics and advertising.

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are available only after the relevant consent. LinkedIn and Meta tracking are not active.

When an optional service is activated, it requires the relevant affirmative permission before the site configures its destination or loads its tag. Scrolling, closing preferences, browsing, or sending a form does not provide that permission. A privacy choice made while tracking is inactive does not authorize future tracking.

Our prepared Google integration separates Analytics from Marketing, keeps advertising personalization, Google signals, and enhanced conversions off, and excludes form answers from custom measurement events. It supplies page addresses without query strings or fragments and an empty referrer. Phone-link clicks indicate a selected link, not a completed or recorded call. Future account and tag settings must be reviewed alongside these site-side controls.

When a permitted Google service runs, Google may receive identifiers, IP addresses, browser and device details, and page or interaction information. Its processing can involve information from other websites and services under its own policies and your settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy and information about partner sites.

With Marketing permission, eligible ad visitors may see a Google forwarding number in place of our main line. Calls are routed to Caliber, and Google may process call time, duration, connection status, and caller information where available for advertising attribution. This setup does not enable call recording. Our website-call conversion requires a call lasting at least 60 seconds, rather than a phone-link click. How information is used.

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, communicate about requested services, deliver requested newsletters, operate and protect the website, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. Optional measurement, when activated and permitted, helps us understand website use and advertising results.

Submitting a contact inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Subscribing requests marketing communications; it is not permission for optional website tracking. To stop newsletters, use an unsubscribe option in the message, where provided, or email us. We may retain a limited suppression record to honor that request.

Providers and sharing.

Netlify hosts and delivers the site and processes website form submissions. Information can also pass through email and business-service providers used to receive notifications and respond to you. Authorized Caliber personnel, including members of our distributed team, may access information as needed for their work. Access depends on responsibilities, not on every employee receiving every submission.

Optional Google services receive information only when activated and permitted as described above. LinkedIn and Meta tracking are not currently active. External social links do not themselves install those platforms’ tracking pixels on this website.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable requirements. Website form submissions are not made available for purchase through the site. This statement does not promise that every future advertising practice would fall outside legal definitions of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; those practices require separate review and disclosure.

How long information is kept.

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the status of a business relationship, operational needs, applicable legal and contractual requirements, and the systems involved. Inquiry records and related correspondence can exist in form-processing systems, email, and backups. This website does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date or immediate removal from every backup.

Contact us to ask about retention of information associated with you or to request deletion. Requests are evaluated under applicable law, including any required deletion deadlines and legitimate exceptions. The 180-day cookie-choice period is not a retention period for form submissions, email, or provider-held records.

Your privacy choices and rights.

Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to review or change optional tracking choices. Withdrawal stops permission for future optional activity; it does not undo prior processing or automatically delete information already held by a provider. Controls apply to the current browser and device. Cookie choices are separate from requests about information already submitted.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide appeal or complaint rights. Contact hello@caliberfirm.com with your request and enough context to identify the interaction. We may need to verify identity or an agent’s authority. Do not send identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method. We handle requests subject to applicable deadlines, verification requirements, and exceptions. For an appeal, identify the request and decision you want reviewed.

Our controls recognize Global Privacy Control and keep the Marketing category off while it is enabled. Analytics requires its own permission. The older Do Not Track signal does not replace these controls. These technical choices do not limit any additional rights provided by applicable law.

Security, children, and international visitors.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, email system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. HTTPS protects data in transit to the website; it does not guarantee the security of all systems or devices involved.

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review the issue.

Information may be accessed or processed in the United States and other countries where our personnel or providers operate. Privacy laws can differ between countries. Our national service positioning does not waive rights that applicable law gives a visitor.

Changes and contact.

We update this notice when relevant practices change and revise the date shown above. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. A policy update alone does not authorize new optional tracking.
